What information is collected

We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Third-party intermediaries Stripe and PayPal are used to manage credit card processing. These intermediaries are PCI compliant and therefore permitted to store, retain, or use your billing information for credit card processing on our behalf.

How your data is stored
We take reasonable precautions and follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the data we store.
As a Swedish company, we should retain the financial data and business records for the minimum 7 years according to the requirements by The Swedish Tax Agency. We can delete your personal data from our databases after your request, as long as it complies with the legal enforcements. If you delete your Gridly account we have processes designed to delete your personal data within approximately one month.
How we respond to DNT signals
Currently, we do not support “Do Not Track” browser settings.
